Refund Eligibility:
You may raise the request for refund in the following circumstances
Booking cancellation: once you book the service and cancel the request of service within 6 hours, you are eligible to get 90% refund. If you request to cancel the service before process initiation to serve the request, you are eligible to get full refund
If you do not provide any confirmation within 6 hours, you are not eligible to raise the refund request.
Non-refundable situations:
- Changes made to your booking after confirmation
- If customer is fail to present during the scheduled day
- Schedule the shipping time in unforeseen circumstances such as natural disaster and accident.

Processing time:
The refund request will be reviewed in maximum 5-7 business days. Once the review is done, refund will be processed back and will get the refund amount in another 3-4 business days.
Changes in the refund policy:
We have right to reserve to change in the refund policy in any time without any official notification. Any changes in the refund policy will be posted at the website refund policy section.
