Customer/User: Any individual or entity using our Platform to request delivery services.
Courier/Delivery Partner: Independent contractors who perform deliveries.
Goods: Any tangible item, excluding prohibited items, to be picked up and delivered.

We have reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and modification shall be effective upon posting unless Trip toll notifies you.
Scope of Services
We provide a platform that connects users with independent delivery partners for real-time delivery of goods.
We do not provide transportation or logistics services ourselves and are not a transportation carrier.
The Company is not responsible for any acts and/or omissions of the delivery partners.
User Account Registration (User Perspective)
- You must register and create an account to access certain features of the Services.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Account Suspension/Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate, or terminate your account if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Service Use Conditions
- Accurate Information: You must provide correct pickup and delivery addresses, item description, and special handling instructions if any.
- Packaging: Goods must be adequately packaged to prevent damage or leakage.
- Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
You are responsible for ensuring the item to be transported is lawful and permitted.
Delivery Commitments
- We strive to provide real-time delivery but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to unpredictable conditions (traffic, weather, accidents, etc.).
- Title and risk of loss for the Goods pass to the Customer upon pickup by the courier.
Fees, Pricing, and Payments
- Service fees, delivery charges, taxes, and other applicable fees will be displayed during checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Surge Pricing:
Dynamic pricing may apply during periods of high demand.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation by User: You may cancel a request without penalty before the courier picks up the item.
- Cancellation by Courier: If a courier cancels after pickup, support will coordinate a re-assignment or issue a refund.
- Refund Eligibility: Full or partial refunds are provided at our discretion based on circumstances such as failure to deliver, significant delays, or service errors.
Prohibited Items
You agree NOT to request delivery of:
- Illegal substances or contraband
- Weapons, explosives, or ammunition
- Hazardous materials (chemicals, flammable substances)
- Perishable food (unless authorized)
- Currency, precious metals, or valuable documents
- Animals or live creatures
- Any item whose possession or transportation is prohibited by law
Violation may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to authorities
Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, services, or operations of any third-party providers.
Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
User Conduct
You agree to use the Services ethically and lawfully, and NOT to:
- Abuse, harass, threaten, or defraud couriers, employees, or other users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
- Engage in fraudulent activities
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access
- Delivery timelines
- Protection against loss, damage, or theft of items
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trip toll shall not be liable for:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption
- Any loss or damage resulting from deliveries performed by independent couriers
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trip toll its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:
- Your use or misuse of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of a third party
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, graphics, and software on the Platform are owned by Trip toll or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Modifications to Terms
We may revise and update these Terms at any time.
We will notify you by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Except as otherwise set out in these Terms, these Terms will be governed by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration.
Language Version

Terms and Conditions (Delivery Partner Perspective)
On-boarding and Registration
- Delivery Partners must complete the registration process, submit accurate personal and vehicle information, and provide necessary legal documents (e.g., ID, driving license, insurance).
- Background checks may be conducted before on-boarding.
Independent Contractor Status
- Delivery Partners are independent contractors, not employees.
- They have full control over their working hours, routes, and acceptance of delivery requests.
- Nothing in these Terms creates an employer-employee, agency, or joint-venture relationship.
Acceptance of Delivery Requests
- Delivery Partners may choose to accept or decline delivery requests offered through the platform.
- Once a delivery is accepted, the Delivery Partner must complete it with professionalism and due diligence.
Partner Obligations
- Ensure timely and safe pickup and delivery of goods.
- Handle items carefully to avoid damage, loss, or theft.
- Maintain a clean, functional, and legally compliant vehicle (bike, car, etc.).
- Follow customer instructions (if reasonable and safe).
Prohibited Activities
Delivery Partners must NOT:
- Transport prohibited, illegal, or dangerous goods.
- Open, tamper with, or misuse any packages.
- Engage in abusive, discriminatory, or unprofessional behavior with customers or company staff.
- Share account access with third parties.
Vehicle and Insurance Requirements
- Delivery Partners must maintain valid insurance coverage as required by local laws.
- Delivery Partners must have all necessary permits, registrations, and licenses.
- The company is not responsible for fines, penalties, or costs related to non-compliance.
Liability
- Delivery Partners assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or legal violations that occur during deliveries.
- The company is not liable for any claims arising from the Delivery Partner’s acts or omissions.
Account Deactivation
The company may suspend or deactivate Delivery Partner accounts under circumstances including but not limited to:
- Violations of Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent activities
- Customer complaints about safety or conduct
- Delivery of prohibited items
Confidentiality
- Delivery Partners must keep all customer and company information confidential.
- Personal data of customers must not be shared, sold, or misused in any way.
Modification of Terms
- The company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
