We provide following shipping service
For local move: we provide bike, auto rickshaw, three-wheeler, Tata-ace and 8 ft truck in the same city or nearby area.
Long distance move: we provide large vehicles including truck and other to transport shipment in another city.
Shipping Charge:
Shipping charge based on the following things
- The size and weight of the items
- Total distance between source to destination
- Any extra service such as packaging, immediate shipment and expedited shipping

Shipping Method:
We generally provide ground shipping for domestic moves such as within the city, out of the city as well.
Estimated Shipping Time:
Shipping time depends upon the type of service you selected, season and destination.
For local move within city, at least 1-2 business days are required.
For out of the city, 3-4 business days are required.
We are striving to meet the estimated delivery time but there might be delay due to the factors which are not in our control such as bad weather, custom clearance and other related factors
Shipment Track:
Once your shipment is cleared, we provide a tracking number which can be used to track your shipment progress online. In local shipment, we provide the real time update for your delivery.
Package and handling.
We have an experience team that ensures your item will be packed carefully to prevent any kind of damages during transit. If you have any specific packaging requirement, you have to inform us in advance.
Shipping Insurance
We offer optional insurance cover for potential losses during transit. While we take every single step to make your shipment secured. We recommend purchasing insurance for valuable for fragile items
Damaged and lost shipments:
Damage shipment:
In case of damage shipment, you must report us within 24 hours of the receiving of shipment. We will assess the claim and provide compensation in accordance with the shopping insurance.
If you do not have any shipment insurance, we are not liable for any damages. If any product found damaged already, we are not liable to provide any compensation.
If you do not provide accurate destination address, the per km charge will be applied and you have to pay to the company.
Lost Shipment:
In rare case, any shipment is lost. You can connect us with the tracking number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
